Pascal Blanche

Art Director, Ubisoft

Pascal Blanché is a Senior Art Director at Behaviour Interactive with a career spanning video games, film, and illustration. Born in Paris in 1971 and raised in southern France, he studied traditional art, photography, and video at Marseille's Fine Art School.


Pascal entered the gaming industry in 1994 and moved to Canada in 2000, contributing to the French/Canadian feature Kaena: The Prophecy before joining Ubisoft. Over the next decade, he served as Art Director on acclaimed titles including Myst IV: Revelation, Naruto: Rise of a Ninja, and James Cameron’s Avatar. He later worked in the UK with Frontier and Jagex before returning to Ubisoft Montreal as Senior Art Director.


Alongside his industry work, Pascal has developed a distinctive personal style, inspired by 1980s heroes and artists like Moebius, Frazetta, Bisley, and Corben. His vibrant illustrations have won numerous international awards and been featured in books and magazines worldwide.
